Australian residents of Indi who are celebrating a milestone birthday or wedding anniversary can receive personal congratulations from Cathy McGowan MP, the Prime Minister, Governor-General or The Queen.

How do I make the request?
To organise congratulatory messages, please complete and sign one of the following forms and send it to us along with verification of the birthday or anniversary date. Verification can be in the form of a birth/marriage certificate, or a Statutory Declaration declaring the information is correct.
How much notice do I need to give?
Generally speaking, four to six weeks notice is sufficient. Messages may be organised in a shorter time frame, however it cannot be guaranteed they will arrive in time.
Can I organise belated messages?
Belated messages can be organised up to five weeks after the date, with the exception of the Prime Minister (four weeks after the date).
Don’t forget to include either a copy of a birth/marriage certificate or a Statutory Declaration declaring the information provided is true.
