Government's mobile service centre visits North East
Residents of Mt Beauty, Bright, Beechworth, Mansfield and Yea will be visited by the Australian Government’s Mobile Service Centre this week.
Federal Independent Member for Indi, Cathy McGowan said staff from the Department of Human Services travel with the centres and can help people with Centrelink, Medicare, Child Support and Australian Hearing payments and services.
The centre has disabled access and Wi-Fi is available for those wanting to create or access their myGov account.
The details are:
Mt Beauty – Neighbourhood Centre car park, Tennis Court Avenue, Tuesday 30 January – 10am to 4pm
Bright – Senior Citizens Centre car park, Cobden Street, Wednesday 31 January – 9.30am to 4pm
Beechworth – in front of the Library, Ford Street, Thursday 1 February – 9.30am to 4pm
Mansfield – near the Courthouse, Highett Street, Friday 2 February – 9.30am to 3.30pm
Yea – near the Swimming Pool, High St, Tuesday 6 February – 9.30am to 4pm
