Tallon Smith Indi Summit Report Launch Speech

Tallon Smith is 16 years old and a Year 11 student at Mount Beauty Secondary College. His favourite subjects are physics and chemistry. Passions outside of school include music and arts, especially in the area of community involvement. Tallon works at the family restaurant, Stockpot, and during winter works at a local ski hire outlet, Ski Plus. After graduating from Mount Beauty secondary College, Tallon aims to do a double degree in music and science. Tallon was a participant at the Indi Summit on 24 October, 2015 and guest speaker at the Indi Community Summit Report Launch on 27 January, 2016.

Marvin Smith Indi Summit Report Launch Speech

Marvin is 16 years old and attends the Mount Beauty Secondary College as a Year 11 student. His favourite subjects are German, Global Politics, Maths and Science. Marvin’s hobbies include skiing, road bike riding, driving, playing the trumpet, and socialising. He hopes to attend university but is yet to determine his career path. Marvin is a graduate of the CFA Youth Crew Program, which allows him to join any fire brigade in the country if his help is called upon. Marvin is also in the Kwong Lee Dow Young Scholars program run through Melbourne University. He was part of the historic inaugural Indi Summit on 24 October, 2015, and a guest speaker at the Indi community Summit Report – Delivering Our Vision launch on 27 January, 2016.

Tahni Froudist Indi Summit Report Launch speech

Tahni Froudist is the General Manager of HotHouse Theatre, Australia’s leading regional theatre company. Before joining HotHouse, tahni was the Associate Producer at Sydney’s Belvoir Street Theatre, producing new Australian work by some of the country’s best writers and theatre-makers. She is a graduate of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, with a Bachelor of Arts Management. Tahni has worked for a number of independent and professionl theatre companies, including Deckchair Theatre, Perth International Arts Festival as well as producing in the Blue Room and B Sharp independent seasons.  Tahni is an alumna of the Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Program.
